Members MUST have their own Archery Equipment that falls within Royal Garrison safety restrictions (please see the restricted equipment page on the website) at the time of signing.
Members MUST submit all gear to a safety check before first use on the range. This includes new gear obtained during the course of membership. To arrange for new gear to be checked out email: info@theroyalgarrison.com, or come by during walk-in hours.
DO NOT THROW IN THE ARCHERY RANGE. DO NOT SHOOT IN THE THROWING RANGE.
Members are NOT permitted to give lessons/instruction/coaching, for profit or otherwise at any time. If you are looking for coaching/instruction/lessons please as our staff for resources.

Drugs are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the facility.
Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the facility.
Members are required to check the calendar for availability before coming. If a booking is on the calendar during the time you plan on being here, the bookings show the number of people expected to attend. e.g. 4 pm - Archery [2] means two people have booked into the range and there are 3 targets available.
Members are permitted to stay on the ranges during bookings, provided there is space.
Members ARE permitted on the archery range during private coaching sessions, providing there is space and they do not interfere with the lesson. Coaches have the authority ask members to leave, as well as suspend or terminate members who interfere or disturb coaching sessions.
Members ARE NOT Permitted on the archery range during Group Classes, Private Events, or Programming booking out the ranges, unless registered in those Classes, Events or Programs.
Members ARE NOT permitted on the ranges when they are
down for maintenance. While we try to give as much notice as we
can when the range is closed to members, maintenance that requires
the closure of the range can pop up unexpectedly. Remember, if one
range is closed for any reason, another may be available.
The ranges are SHARED SPACES. Shoot or throw to pace with those around you. Pay attention and do not distract or delay others on the line.
Outside The Garrison's business operation hours, the Archery Range capacity increases to Ten (10) archers, two (2) archers per target.
The Royal Garrison is a monitored facility. Members are NOT permitted to block, alter, or interfere with the cameras in any way.
Members are not permitted to alter the Ranges in any way. This includes but is not limited to adjusting the thermostats, removing posted signs, erasing messages left on the chalk board, etc.
Members are not permitted to remove display pieces from the wall or cupboards outside when no staff is present.
Members must tidy up the ranges after use. Return all throwing weapons to the hooks. Tuck away any chairs used. Put any used water mugs on the Bar Top. Throw away all garbage and sweep up any large messes or spills. The broom and dustpan can be found by the throwing range.
Do not mark, claim, or modify any of the Royal Garrison's equipment, targets, or facilities. Do not move the targets from one lane to another; moving a target forward in its designated lane is fine.
All youth members under 16 years old MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times, even when Royal Garrison staff is present.
Members are NOT permitted to give out the codes to the facility at any time to any person for any reason. DONOT open the doors to the facility to any person at any time, even for those claiming to be staff or other members.
Members MUST wear clothes and shoes AT ALL TIMES while in the facility.

Members are NOT permitted to go into the Restaurant for any reason outside their hours of operation. These hours are available on the Round Table website.
Please remember that the staff is there to do a job. While we love chatting with our members and offering tips, tricks and advice, please do not distract staff from doing their jobs.
If in doubt, Royal Garrison Staff have the final say.
Violation of ANY of the above rules is cause for immediate suspension or termination of membership at no refund!
