How can I book an activity?

You can self-book an activity online in our book now section, or you can contact us through email or phone, and we will create the booking for you.

If you decide to contact us, we will need the following information:

    • The desired date, time, and duration of your booking

    • Which activity or activities you would like to participate in

    • The approximate number of people you would like to book for

    • Your name, phone number, and email address

    • Any special information or requests (if applicable)

Why can't I book for one or two hours from now?

Bookings require at least 3 hours of advance notice. This is to give our staff enough time to arrive and prepare for your booking.

Is this a private booking? Do we get the whole range to ourselves?

Regular bookings are not private. Our archery range can hold up to 10 people, and our throwing range can hold up to 16. Though you may end up being the only group booked in during your time slot, it is also possible that you might be sharing the space with other groups. Bookings for very large groups (20+ people) are generally private.

I booked for a certain number of people, but we gained/lost a few. Is that okay?

Absolutely! You do not need to contact us if you gain or lose a few of your group before arriving, as payment only occurs for those who show up day-of. If you still feel like informing us, you can change your booking through the confirmation email that was sent to you.

I made a booking, but can no longer attend. What do I do?

If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so through the confirmation email that was sent to you. Alternatively, you can call us or send us an email. There is no last-minute cancellation fee, with the exception of last-minute private lesson cancellations.

Your hours say that you are open during the weekdays. Why can't I just stop by?

During the weekdays, we do not keep staff on-site. Staff will only be there if there is a booking at that time. If you would like to come in during the weekdays, be sure to book first!

What are your current walk-in hours?

Our current walk-in hours are listed in the contact us section of our website.

I want to book for just myself, but it says that the minimum is 2 people. Why?

It is currently not viable for us to open the Garrison for groups of one, though that may change in the future. If you would like to come by yourself, you are free to stop by during our walk-in hours.

I want to book for a certain time. Why won't it give me the option?

You may not be able to book for the time you want if:

    • That time slot is already full

    • You are booking for a time that begins less than 3 hours from now

    • That time has been cancelled due to maintenance or a special event

I'm trying to book, but I want to start between two of the times it's giving me. Why can't I?

We stagger each of our bookings so that our staff can provide their full attention to you when you arrive, and do not need to jump between the archery and throwing ranges during your introduction.

Archery begins on the hour (3:00, 4:00, etc), and throwing begins on the half-hour (3:30, 4:30, etc).

My group is larger than what I can book for. What can I do?

If you have a group larger than you can self-book for, be sure to contact us! We can accommodate groups larger than is listed, but we may need to work with you to plan out your event.

I am part of a company or organization, and we are looking for a team building activity. Can you accommodate us?

Absolutely! Many companies and community organizations have had an event with us, including groups of over 50 people! Just contact us through email or phone, and we will work with you to create an unforgettable experience for everyone!

We're standing outside during your open hours, but nobody is here! Why?

As mentioned above, we are only guaranteed to be on-site during our walk-in hours. During the rest of the week, we will only be there if there are bookings during that time. If you have made a booking but nobody is there, double check the date and time you booked for, then contact us through either email or phone.

Where can I find the waiver?

Waivers are provided upon arriving at the Garrison. Should you wish to print it off in advance, you can find a copy at the bottom of any page of our website.
