Beginner Lessons

Have you never held a bow before? Are you self-taught, and wondering what you may be missing? In this beginner course, you will learn the main shooting process, including form, aiming, and shooting at various distances. You will also become familiar with the rules of the range, and get comfortable with using various types of basic equipment.

Beginner Lessons are held on both Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm - 8pm for youth (8-15), and from 8pm - 9pm for adults (16+). Upon signing up, you would choose either Tuesday or Thursday as your weekly course day, not both.

Intermediate I Lessons

Designed to expand upon the skills learned in the beginner lessons, this course will take you through the next steps of form, introduce the use of sights, and will provide you with a brief introduction to the rules and regulations of indoor competitions. Equipment maintenance such as arrow repair is also introduced, as well as archery-specific exercise and light conditioning.

Intermediate Lessons are held on Monday evenings from 7pm - 8pm for youth (8-15), and from 8pm - 9pm for adults (16+). Both levels of intermediate lessons are run at the same time.

Intermediate II Lessons

As an extension to the intermediate I lessons, this course will expand further upon the skills learned in the previous two levels. In this course, you will learn how to use a stabilizer, with an increased focus on indoor competitions. Basic bow repair is also taught, as well as functional training for when you’re not shooting.

Intermediate Lessons are held on Monday evenings from 7pm - 8pm for youth (8-15), and from 8pm - 9pm for adults (16+). Both levels of intermediate lessons are run at the same time.
